1. Who is responsible?

2. Website and hosting

We use Hostinger Website Builder and hosting from Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. Delivering and securing the website involves processing connection data, including IP address, access time, requested pages and browser/device information. Hosting providers and technical service providers receive data needed to operate the website. Our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website is the basis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. 2a. Vehicle stock from mobile.de

Our vehicle listings are regularly retrieved from mobile.de and cached on our Hostinger server. This automatic update takes place between the servers; your IP address is not part of this retrieval. When you open the stock display, Hostinger processes the connection data required to deliver it, as described in the hosting section.

Vehicle photos load directly from the mobile.de image servers (img.classistatic.de). This transmits, in particular, your IP address and browser and connection information to the image provider. The provider is mobile.de GmbH, Dernburgstraße 50, 14057 Berlin, Germany. The processing serves to display our vehicle listings and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in presenting our current stock with photographs. 3. Cookies, media and maps

Storage on your device, or access to information already stored there, requires consent under section 25(1) of Germany’s TDDDG unless an exception applies, particularly where strictly necessary for a service you explicitly request (section 25(2)). Any associated personal-data processing also requires a GDPR basis.

Our video is delivered through Hostinger’s asset hosting. Displaying website files, images, video and fonts involves technical requests to their hosting servers. The video does not use a YouTube player.

The embedded Google Maps map loads only after your explicit consent. Google then receives connection/device information, including your IP address, and may use cookies or associate activity with your Google account. The basis for activating the map is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, section 25(1) TDDDG. You can decline and use our written address. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing; contact us using the details above and do not reactivate the map. Withdrawal does not reverse data already transmitted. 4. Enquiries, vehicle offers and appointments

When you contact us by form, email or telephone, we process the details you provide: name, contact details, your request and, for vehicle offers, vehicle details, descriptions and any optional photos. We use them to answer, assess your vehicle, prepare offers and organise appointments. Fields marked as required are needed for the selected channel; missing essential information may prevent us from handling your request. Please avoid unnecessary personal information in photos or attachments.

The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for requested steps towards a contract or its performance, and Article 6(1)(f) for other enquiries, reflecting our interest in answering communications. Website forms are handled through Hostinger; business email uses Google Workspace.

Our appointment link opens an external Google Calendar booking page for 60-minute appointments. It asks for your name, email, telephone number and vehicle or purpose; trade-in information is optional. We use booking details for preparation, scheduling and related communication on the same bases. Google processes technical data when you open its page; its own privacy information also applies. 5. WhatsApp

WhatsApp contact is optional. Our service widget prepares text in your browser. Opening its WhatsApp link transfers the prepared text and connection information to WhatsApp; we receive your message when you send it. We process your phone number, message and any shared profile details to handle the enquiry on the bases explained above. 6. Applications and customer reviews

We process emailed applications, contact details, CVs and supporting documents to assess recruitment, under section 26(1) BDSG. Only people involved in recruitment receive access, alongside the technical email providers.

Selected review quotations and displayed author names come from public Google and mobile.de reviews. They are included as static website content to present customer experiences, based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Viewing them does not load a review widget. Review authors can contact us to exercise their rights, including objection.

7. Recipients, transfers and retention

Access is limited to people and providers who need the data for these purposes. Information may also be disclosed where legally required (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) or necessary to establish or defend legal claims (Article 6(1)(f)).

International providers may process data outside the EEA, including in the USA. Transfers require the applicable GDPR safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with any necessary supplementary measures. The linked provider notices explain their arrangements; you may contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data and a copy where applicable.

We retain data only as long as needed for its purpose. Relevant criteria include completing an enquiry or recruitment process, ongoing business relationships, statutory retention duties and periods needed to establish or defend claims. Data retained solely for legal duties is restricted to that purpose.

8. Your rights

Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation; objection to direct marketing is unconditional.
